A refund for purchased training can be processed in some circumstances.

Refunds

A refund for training that has not yet commenced is available at the discretion of Schema Therapy Institute.

Refunds will generally be made available under the following terms:

• 4+ weeks before commencement – a full refund minus administration and payment processing fees

• 1-4 weeks before commencement – a 50% refund minus administration and payment processing fees

• less than 1 week before commencement – a refund will not be offered within 1 week of commencement
