Attachment Styles Therapy
What is Attachment Styles?
Understanding Attachment Styles, under the Schema Therapy framework, is a focused approach aimed at addressing the root of relational patterns and behaviours that may be impacting one's life negatively. At STIA, our experienced psychologists are here to guide you on the journey towards healthier relational dynamics.
Understanding your attachment styles seeks to understand your unique attachment patterns, helping you identify and modify schemas influencing these dynamics. With the guidance and expertise of Professor Gery Karantzas, a leading attachment expert in Australia, our staff have received in depth training to integrate these two modalities. Based in Essendon & Carlton, Victoria, we offer this specialised service via face-to-face consultations and telehealth sessions, ensuring accessible and convenient therapy options.
Navigate towards healthier, more fulfilling relationships with the guidance of STIA. Contact us today to take the first step in your journey towards personal growth and improved relationships.
